These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be determined by the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus, waiving both parties to any other court that may also correspond.
